Dr Anuj Dhiraj Bahuva is a renowned ophthalmic surgeon, who has performed thousands of eye surgeries in various subspecialties of ophthalmology namely cataract, glaucoma, refractive surgery, cornea and ocular surface diseases. Dr. Bahuva has completed his medical training from Mahatma Gandhi Mission Hospital, Mumbai under the agies of Maharashtra Univeristy of Health Sciences. Following which he pursued his ophthalmic training at Sankara Eye Hospital, Chennai. He has done his fellowship in cornea and ocular surface from the pioneer in the field of cornea itself, Dr. Srinivas K Rao in Chennai. He has also been trained for advance cataract and refractive surgery from one of the premier institutes of India Narayana Nethralaya, Banglore. Currently he is heading his own multispecialty eye hospital at Bhayandar by the name of Sanjeevani Eye Hospital. Sanjeevani eye hospital is recognised as a state of art eye hospital with all eye care facilities under one roof. Established in 2017, in no time his hospital has achieved great heights of recognition and is amongst the highest rated eye care service centre in Bhayandar-Mira road district. He is also attached to Agrawal eye hospital and Sanjeevani LASIK Centre as a senior consultant for cataract, glaucoma and medical retina services.
With more than 10 years of experience in the field of ophthalmology he expertises in managing complicated cataracts, complex corneal problems and advance laser vision correction. He has vast experience in diagnosing various complex medical retina problems and directing them to appropriate management plan. Due to his humble nature and his zeal of serve humanity he is attached to many charitable organisations like Sanjeevani Charitable Trust hospital, Nakoda Manav Foundation, Param Shakti Peeth trust and various Kutchi organisations.
